There are two ways to include family members in a membership on MAS9.
① When Creating a New Membership
If you click “Add Membership” from the student’s profile, you can assign a membership to that student and add their family members at the same time.
•Select Membership Type and Membership Name
•Under “Add Family Members to this Membership,” check the box next to the family member you want to include
•Set the membership period
•Click Continue
This will create a family-shared membership from the start.
② Add Family Members to an Existing Membership
If the student already has an active individual membership, you can still convert it into a shared family membership.
•Go to Membership tab
•Find the membership → click the Active dropdown
•Select “Manage Family Sharing”
•Choose the family member you want to share the plan with
•Click Save
The selected family member will now be added under the same membership plan and will appear in their individual member profile as well.
