The Profiles page offers a variety of filters that allow you to view only the students you need. Below is a breakdown of each filter option:
1. All → Selected
When you click All, you can switch to the Selected option.
After selecting students using the checkboxes, choosing Selected will display only those specific students.
2. Status Filter
Filter students by their account status, such as:
Lead, On Trial, Former Trial, Active, Inactive, Paused, After School, Event, etc.
This helps you quickly organize students by where they are in your pipeline.
3. Membership Filter
View students based on their membership type:
Free Trial, Kids, Adult, Teen, Black Belt, Family Plan, and more.
4. Tag Filter
Tags are used for additional classifications that are not part of membership or status.
Examples: Free Trial Offer, Community Event, Google Search, Referral, Walk-in, etc.
Use this to group students by marketing source or special attributes.
5. Rank Filter
Filter based on belt rank, such as:
White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, Red, Black Belt, etc.
6. Expiration Date Filter
Find students whose memberships expire within a specific time frame.
You can:
•View memberships expiring in the next 30 or 60 days, or
•Set a custom date range to find students whose memberships expire during that period.
7. More Filter
The More Filter menu provides advanced filtering options, including:
Birthday
Find students with upcoming birthdays.
Registration Date
View students based on when they registered.
Absences
Filter students who have been absent for 15+ days, or any custom period.
Membership Status
Find students who:
•Purchased a membership,
•Are renewing this month, or
•Have unsigned agreements.
App Download Status
Filter students who have or have not downloaded the mobile app.
Payment Info Status
Quickly locate students who haven’t added payment information so you can request it.
Notification Blocked
Identify students who have blocked system or message notifications, so you can follow up manually.
