To temporarily pause a student’s membership:
1.Go to Accounts.
2.Click Profiles.
3.Select the student whose membership you would like to pause.
4.Navigate to the Membership tab.
5.Click Action → Pause Membership.
6.Set the duration for how long the membership should be paused.
Once saved, the student’s membership will be paused for the selected period and will automatically resume once the pause period ends.
Important Notes on Payments (Autopay):
•When a membership is paused, the associated auto-payments are also automatically paused.
•The payment schedule will automatically adjust based on the paused period.
•For example, if a membership is paused for one month, the billing date will be extended by one month accordingly.
•There is no need to manually modify payment dates when using the Pause feature.
This feature is especially helpful for temporary absences, such as summer vacations or short-term breaks.
You can set the membership to be paused for any duration that fits the student’s schedule
