How to Use the Forms Tool

To create and share a form in MAS9:

1. Go to Marketing Tool → Forms
2. Click Add New Form
3. Choose a template that fits your purpose (e.g., intake form, promotion test, etc.)
4. Fill in the Form Title and Description
5. Customize the questions as needed, then save the form
