After adding a student profile, you can request their payment details directly through the platform.
Steps:
1.Go to Accounts
2.Click on Profiles
3.Select the student
4.Go to Payment Info
5.Click Share Payment Update Link
An email will be automatically sent to the student with a secure link where they can enter their payment method.
Tip: You can resend the link at any time if the student hasn’t completed the process.
