Recommended: Filter first
Before sending reminders, use More Filter to find students who haven’t downloaded the app or haven’t registered payment info.
This way, you don’t have to manually search for them
To request payment info or send an app download reminder:
1.Go to Accounts → Profiles.
2.(Optional but recommended) Apply filters such as:•App download status → Not download•Payment info status → Not registered
3.Select the members you want.
4.Click Action on the top right.
5.Choose Request payment info or Send app download reminder.
•Request payment info: Sends a message asking members to update or confirm their payment details.
•Send app download reminder: Sends members a reminder with a link to download the mobile app.
